Our goal is to provide retailers with information that is clear and communicative so the Kittypod brand is consistently represented by all, enabling our relationship to grow and prosper now and in the future. Your feedback is encouraged. This information is available to you for use under the terms described. Should you have any concerns do let us know. Please make a point to visit this section periodically for updates. Kittypod reserves the right to make changes without notice to the information provided and you will find the updates here. We strive to be as detailed as possible with the information provided, should you have a need for anything additional just let us know. Terms of Resale
Establish your account as a wholesale and/or drop-ship vendor. Our ordering minimums and fees apply as follows:
Drop-ship orders Drop ship fee per item per order
In-store minimum order We prefer that you display an assortment of furniture, habitats, scratchdecks and supaplush designs. Kittypod promotes itself as a lifestyle brand, it would best be communicated to your clients with a proper representation of product. An investment of $600 should outfit your store with a comprehensive selection of our designs. If you can not meet this desired minimum, just let us know and we will work out a solution.

In-store individual order Drop ship fee per item per order for orders that do not meet minimum order subsequent to first order
Annual sales minimums must be met in order to maintain your account status with Kittypod. Authorization and use of Kittypod branding, product images and content may be revoked if minimums are not met. Kittypod reserves the right to terminate the sale of Kittypod products without advance notice. All images, content and files are the property of Kittypod/Elizabeth Paige Smith and are not to be used, distributed or sold without permission. In the case that you are asked to remove Kittypod from your website, it is understood that the removal takes effect immediately.

ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Kittypod preferred method of payment is by credit card. Items will be considereed sold when the funds clear our accounts. Vendor Purchase orders are to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. A confirmation or receipt of order will be returned. Please be sure to keep us up to date with any change of contact or billing information changes. Request our credit application form to establish your account with us.
Merchandise typically ships 2-4 days after receipt of purchase order, allow longer for holidays. We will inform you if your selected item is out of stock or requires an additional lead time. Kittypod reserves the right to terminate any order at any time during the ordering or fulfillment process.
Kittypod reserves the right to select the best carrier for each individual shipment. UPS is our primary domestic carrier, however, Fedex or USPS or an alternate carrier may be utilized at our discretion. Notification of shipment and tracking information will be communicated by email. USPS may be used for priority international shipments, some items do not meet the size requirements, please refer directly to USPS.com for rates and requirements. Please advise in advance if you have an international order.
All in-stock items are shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt of order and will be delivered within 1-2 weeks using UPS Ground. Non-stock or items being restocked may take up to 3 weeks for production plus the normal order processing and shipping time. Notification of stock availability is available upon your order. We strive to keep our products in stock, but it is not always possible. If you anticipate a surge in sales just let us know, we want to work with you however possible to keep the flow as seamless as possible.
Kittypod guarantees all products against manufacturing defects. In the event of a manufacturer defect, the defective item will be reviewed by Kittypod and exchanged for same product only. Otherwise, items are non-refundable in order to protect against the spread of animal disease. Customers must give advance notice for any returns, and refer to the return instructions prior to return shipment which will be handled on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, Kittypod will pay the shipping fee for replacement of a defective product. Repair kits may also be provided.
Kittypod reserves the right to review and return requests on a case by case basis. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of the item. Kittypod will review the request, and if approved, issue an approval code for the return. Returned items must be in the same condition it was received and with original packaging. Supplementary packing materials may be required if the shipping container has been damaged during the original shipment.
Items may be subject to a restocking fee under certain conditions.
Kittypod is not responsible for item damages during shipping. Items must be insured by carrier.
In-stock items normally ship within 2-4 days after an order has been placed and the funds have cleared. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder only.
Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted, but you may return the item to Kittypod for a refund. However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to you and return shipping costs to our warehouse.
Items may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price in order to repackage the item for resale. If an item is damaged in the return, you are responsible for the full amount.
Prices are subject to change without advance notice. All prices are quoted in US currency. We will issue a new price list periodically, vendors are expected to update their prices within 7 days of the revised price list release date.

Kittypod may publish special discount offerings and incentives without notice. Let us know if you have a special event or occasion that Kittypod may promote in our community section of the website. Slashing of Kittypod pricing is not permitted. Please advise if you have a sale or intend to discount Kittypod products in your store or website. While we understand the economic climate is at times difficult, we must maintain a consistency with the brand and it's prices throughout all the retail outlets. Share your success story! The stronger we are the stronger you will be, the greater sales for all.
Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order in accordance with local tax laws. Kittypod must have a copy of your resale number in order to permit sales of our products.
Kittypod will drop ship direct to your client. Purchase orders must include your and your client information as indicated in the Kittypod Ordering Instructions. Please refer to our price list for applicable fees.
In the event an item is shipped in error to your client, our shipping department will promptly ship the correct item once the error has been detected. It is the responsibility of the reseller to provide customer service communications regarding the tracking and return of the item sent in error. Kittypod will provide tracking for the return and request a call tag for the item for return. The reseller shall be responsible for all products possessed by the client until they reach our warehouse for inspection.
Kittypod ships to all continental states, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Customers may request rates in advance of shipment.
We ship internationally, however, the method of shipment and applicable fees incurred on international orders is the responsibility of the Customer, as well as all cost estimates to your location. Kittypod accepts no liability or responsibility for shipments outside of the USA. Abandoned shipments, refusal of payment or fees is the responsibility of the retailer.
